Are you a fan of Harry Potter? Yeah… me too! If I ever wanted to get a tattoo, the Deathly Hallows symbol would definitely be a consideration. But for now, I decided to put it in a print – along with the lightning bolt scar and glasses.
Would you guys believe me if I said that I haven’t shopped (including online shopping) for… oh I dunno… 3 months! That’s 12 weeks without a single personal purchase! No makeup, no clothes, no shoes… nada! But that hasn’t stopped me from ‘pretend’ online shopping… I just need to click that ‘confirm purchase’ button! So here are some things that have been floating in my shopping cart lately…
ONE I TWO I THREE I FOUR I FIVE I SIX I SEVEN I EIGHT I NINE
Anything that you’ve added to your cart but haven’t actually bought?
Motivate your child with a reward chart! Print out this reward chart to make life a little bit easier at home! And when they’ve completed a set task, print out the certificate too!
There’s 10 tasks:
1. Said please and thank you
2. Ate all my food
3. Brushed my teeth
4. Helped tidy up
5. Went to bed on time
6. Finished my homework
7. Played quietly
8. Dressed myself
9. Tidied up my room
10. Made my bed
or you can fill it in with your own ones. Nominate how many stars they need to get before they get their reward.
You can also stick magnets to the little token hearts to make it easier marking their progress and stick the whole chart to the fridge!
1. Printer
2. Paper
3. Scissors
4. Magnets to stick tasks or tokens onto chart, or just use glue!
The 2014 World Cup has started and I’ve been extremely excited about it. Ever since I was little I’ve always enjoyed watching soccer (or football) and the World Cup tournament always gets me really excited. So, I decided to do this Activity Booklet on the World Cup – there’s a colouring in, flag matching, trivia quiz, word find and much more!
Print it out, staple it together, give it to the kids and I hope they enjoy filling it in! Let me know if they like it!
*Update* The answer to the question “Who has scored the most goals in the World Cup?” in the trivia quiz is now Miroslav Klose who has broken Ronaldo’s record. The number of goals he’s scored is 16. I will hopefully get this updated on the printable at a later date.
GO SOCCEROOS!
